Our experience with SunMade Energy was top notch. Our representatives, Armando, Oz and Amanda worked diligently to get our project completed with short notice and before our deadline. This meant they took the time to work beyond their schedules to provide such excellent service and installation of our solar project. We had many digital glitches during the process of trying to sign up. This was no fault of SunMade’s but they worked with us repeatedly to remedy the situation and never got frustrated with us. They were very professional, kind, courteous and went out of their way to be supportive and informative. Every person we worked with was knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend Sunmade Energy for home solar. Our experience with Sunmade Energy was fantastic from beginning to end! Each staff member was very professional. We met Jesse at the Visalia Home Show (he entered us in a drawing for a 50 inch Smart TV...which we won!) The process was very easy and completed in about a day! Oz and Armondo are easy to work with...they even helped us with additional financing to landscape our backyard. They finished the installation on my husband's birthday and when they found out it was his birthday, they gave him a birthday card before they left....we were very touched by that gesture. We would give SunMade Energy more than 5 Stars if we could. We had researched for the Best Solar Company for more than a month and we had spoken to more than 5 companies prior to contacting SunMade Energy. We're super happy that we made the right choice by choosing SunMade Energy. Their team was awesome from starting to installation. Chris Atrats is very knowledgeable and informative at first meeting. Following by the price negotiation with OZ and the contract was signed. Amanda and Julia are always the top notch in communicating, responsive and very helpful. The service from the Sunmade Energy team was great. From the technician that walked me through what was going to happen and an estimated timeline. The drone photos of where the panels would be located was a plus, to see how the process all comes together. They took care of all the permits, it was great not to be stressed out about anything. The day of the panel installation was exciting, their team of technicians came and it was great to see all the teamwork happening. The whole installation was one day and a total of 31 panels were installed. All the wiring and panel boxes were hidden and painted the same color of my house. And then the team got together and did all the cleanup, nothing was left. You would have never known that you had six people all around the house. It looks so beautiful. Great job! SunMade Energy was a pleasure to work with from beginning to the end. Our solar educator, Chris was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Amanda, our project coordinator kept us up to date with all our documentation as well as the timeline of what we should expect. Installation was done professionally with qualified employees, respectful of our time and completed in a timely fashion. Julia, our customer service liaison went above and beyond by far to ensuring we were satisfied and assisting us with anything we needed. I recently talked with Matt Harr, representative for Sunmade and I had Sunmade install solar panels on my house. Matt and their team was very efficient and helped me with concerns I had. I recently had a chat with the president of the business, Oz Wardak about a concern I had, and he immediately took take of it for me. I have been monitoring the output of my panels and even with these cloudy days, I have seen over 100% output. On a good sunny day, I saw over 200% output. I am well pleased with Sundmade and Sunpower. I recommend Sundmade and recommend people to contact Matt Harr at Sundmade and he will answer your concerns about solar power and their company. ~ Al T

I had researched various solar companies and I am very happy I chose SunMade Energy. My solar panels were an investment for me and I knew I wanted to purchase my panels and not lease them. My sales rep, Matt, was outstanding. He clearly explained the benefits and the process of utilizing solar energy. Matt was very knowledgeable and ensured I understood the billing process and charges for solar. My solar panels look great on my house and they are the only ones on my street with no pigeons living in them thanks to the protective barrier around them. SunMade finished installing my panels about two weeks ago, and I must say it looks fantastic. Our salesman “Matt” was awesome, he made this process very easy. He was very knowledgeable and if you’re the type of person that likes numbers and spreadsheets so you know what you’re getting and how much he’s the guy to go to. The girls that work in the office were fantastic. They answered all questions I had and always followed up with a phone call. Anyone can go onto Google Maps and look around in your neighborhood to see what type of solar panels your neighbors have and what they look like. The quality of workmanship and placement of the panels is top notch. I’ve seen piping running across rooftops which does not look very good. SunMade was able to hide all of the piping and Made everything look seamless. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering solar. ~ Miguel S

I recently had the pleasure to work with SunMade Energy, I say that meaning whole heartedly, it was my pleasure. Too often nowadays you hear about companies promising much but delivering little. And with SunMade energy is was the opposite. They made the whole process from start to finish so simple. I couldn’t have been happier. The way they conducted themselves was so amazing. They said the install would happen at 7am and their guys were parked on my street at 6:45 and were already to go with tools in hand at 6:58. It was was militaryesque precision. Amanda in the office was amazing to deal with and communicated all the information I needed; she was also on hand to answer all my questions. I would ask anyone to find a better solar company in the valley(you won’t). You would be making a massive mistake if you don’t go with this company. It’s a no brainer! ~ Dean G

In my job, I see alot of Solar leases and programs, so we were hesitant to place it on our home. But with rising electrical costs, we knew we had to get with the program. They came to my home and thoroughly explained everything to me. Amanda in the office kept in touch with me about the installation. The install team arrived on time and completed everything in the time frame told me. They ensured everything was done to my satisfaction including coming back when I changed my mind about painting the conduit pipes. They kept me informed about the inspection and when PG&E connected. Amanda reached out when everything was completed and Tara sent me the links to monitor my new system. If your planning on puttting solar on your home, Please contact Oz and his team at Sun Made Solar. A very honest and professional company. They will walk you through the process, from the amount of panels you home will need , any upgrades needed to you electrical box, contracts need with PG&E. Time and dates of the installation. The crew that does the insulation are also very professional and will answer many questions you have. Oz and his staff will be come family, I've had my solar system since October 2023, it's the best decision I made. I waited a few months before reviewing on purpose. I wanted to make sure everything worked perfectly and the roof withstood a few rainstorms. I shopped 8 companies and SunMade gave the best attention to my (very specific) requests. Everyone from the company representative at the home show through office staff and roof crew to the owner paid particular attention to my families needs as it pertained to solar. To say I am happy with the outcome is an understatement. I highly recommend SunMade. Bonus: the price $/p kWh was the cheapest of the competitors! Run the numbers yourself. We are so very happy with our whole experience with sunmadesolar, from start to finish they were all awesome!! starting with Kacee coming and explaining the solar process right down to Amanda and Oz doing everything right it took us 3 months from start to finish. when they put up our solar the inspector came the same and the next day we were connected to PG&E now we are just running on solar. I had been searching for solar ever since purchasing my home because my PG&E bill was consistently way too high. I was approached by several companies, including Sunrun, but it felt like they were more focused on making a sale than actually addressing my needs. Sunmade was completely different. SunMade Energy is a great company that is locally owned and uses solar panels from SunPower. The SunMade Energy team makes the entire process painless and effortless. Their sales consultant, in my case Jessie Hernandez, was very informative and provided the support I needed. Mr. Hernandez guided me throughout the entire process from obtaining my SCE information, to helping me with financing, to letting me know why solar is the route to go, to finally setting up the installation date. The install process with SunMade Energy on your side is the way to go. Also, SunMade Energy uses the best solar panels out there. The installation team finished the job in one day and also took care of the permits, the clean-up, and were professional and their work was perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend SunMade Energy and their SunPower equipment. SunMade did a great job engineering the entire system. Their scheduling and installation procedures were very professional. They communicated along the way, so I was up to speed on everything they were doing. They installed the entire system, checked it out; and started it up in just over 2 days, which is fantastic. Their work is neat: they made sure everything looked as good as possible from an aesthetic viewpoint; and kept everything clean. I had a great experience from my initial meeting with Matt to final install and communication afterwards with when my system would be up and running. Matt was the most transparent and upfront about cost and options than any of the other 5 companies I met with. He was no-pressure and answered all of my questions. The install was quick and easy and they accommodated my busy work schedule. After install, Amanda kept me up to date on next steps with PG&E. Had an excellent experience from beginning to end. Deidra helped me set up an appointment with a solar educator and made me feel at ease from the start. Being a new home owner trying to beat a NEM 2 deadline with limited time and knowledge felt very intimidating but my solar educator, Duane and the rest of the team were great. Duane was patient and answered all my questions thoroughly, making the details easy to understand. When I had questions after signing up, the project coordinator Amanda was responsive and friendly, and I asked a lot of questions! When I went to drop off my deposit, the owner Oz came out to introduce himself. Even though it was an extremely busy time for them due to the NEM deadline, the team was responsive and maintained great customer service. The installers were also respectful and very professional. After much deliberation and after talking to many friends and neighbors about problems they had run into, we selected SunMade. Their track record was the best. And we liked that it was owned and run locally. Our contact person Dwayne was incredibly thorough and patiently answered our many questions. Installation went smoothly. Had an excellent experience with SunMade Energy. From initial meeting with their solar educator who clearly presented the whole process and numbers, I was impressed. They answered all our questions and concerns. The customer service was prompt and friendly. They answered all our inquiries in professional manner. They will update you thru call/text or email about what stage is your application until installation day. The crew who installed our solar panels were also nice and friendly. It took them 2 days to finish the project. They did an amazing job putting my 44 panels last September 2023. Overall, the installation was outstanding, just the way we talked about during the meeting. It’s been raining the past few months and so far I haven’t had any problems like water leaks that I feared the most in my solar system. I guess they did an amazing job. Happy with our solar panels. After obtaining many proposals I decided to go with Sunmade because they offered newer panels, researched the needs for our household, and many of the other installers we offering outdated equipment and panels. Sunmade was actually one of the only providers that came by and met with us face to face. Although I didn't get a battery pack due to Tariffs at the time, we are still happy to know it can be added on in the future. The entire Sunmade team was professional, responsive to our questions and efficient with the install. I would definitely recommend to anyone getting a new or additional solar system. ~ Ricardo C
